30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

5 minute time limit

This Sunday is Mother’s Day…

First of all, you are welcome for the reminder.  Second of all this workout is dedicated to my mom, Grace.  She is awesome and so is this workout.  There are just two things being asked of you today:

1)  Scale up the L1 if needed.  If you know you can handle 95/65, do not do these loads.  Go heavier.

2)  Do not pace the workout just because you have a 1000M Row (what will feel like)  immediately after the workout.  It will suck no matter what you do.
